Who Is Muhammad Qasim and What Does He Do?
AOA all, We’re going to talk about Muhammad Qasim, from Gujranwala, Pakistan. His story is full of ups and downs but he has successfully generated more than $10k+ as a Freelance Responsive HTML, CSS Website, and React Application Developer.
Besides this, He likes sharing his learning on LinkedIn and YouTube and loves to help others! Before sharing his ongoing success story, we would like to add he also belongs to a middle-class family. He has no fancy living, no luxury items before.
Qasim got his 1st ever Laptop from HEC Scholarship on which he learned all and started his earning all the way and counting more (- MashaAllah – Alhamdullilah )
His journey started in 2019, the end of the 6th semester of studying BSCS at the University of Gujrat, which he dislike the most due to not promoting the culture of internships and software house visits in universities for senior students. But at that time he realized that only my skills are going to help me and so he started working on them.
How and Where Did Muhammad Qasim Learn Freelancing?
He started learning Web Development and Freelancing in April 2019, while studying at University (exams time), he learned HTML and CSS in two months of continuous hard work. That was not necessary enough due to the high competition on Fiverr to stand out so learned Bootstrap and made a Fiverr Account by adding 3 gigs.
Now Skills was ready and Fiver was also set up and he was anxiously waiting for his 1st ever $5 order!
But here is What happened next? At that time, he was studying C# at University so he also added a gig of it and Got his first order of C# Projects which he does not have any idea how to complete and deliver. (Wao! Interesting…) He contacted seniors and other people in his network ( all in vain )
Guess what?
He wanted that First ever $5 order so desperately that he started surfing the internet on how to solve that. Having an idea of C# was not enough. He worked for a continuous 20 hours and gather pieces of small logic and concepts and put them together to finally produce the required output/result.
At this moment, he felt like he have earned $100,000, This satisfaction of completing the job boosted his confidence and he worked harder and received the Level One Seller Award and then reached Level Two Seller on Fiverr in 2021!
Later, Due to personal reasons, he could not manage time and his gigs ranked down in Nov 2021, Being a Level 2 Seller and not having any orders was extremely bad and full of anxiety!
Where Did Muhammad Qasim Create His Freelance Startup?
He did not lose hope. He stopped working on Fiverr for the time being and Started working on Upwork in 2022 and is Now he is a Top Rated Freelancer on Upwork within a short passage of time. Bravo!
During his Journey, till now, Muhamamd Qasim has served more than 80+ repeated clients in:
Qasim has completed 80+ projects on Fiverr & Upwork, the rating is overall 5-stars with earnings of $10k+ and that is an ongoing journey.
He Just starting his YouTube Channel and launching a course soon where he aims to share awareness to Junior Developers not to make the mistakes that cost him a lot and start their Web Developer Journey!
