Who is Tayyab and What challenges did he face before discovering Freelancing?
My name is Tayyab Ramzan and I belong to Shorkot City. I belong to a middle-class family. After the passing of my father in 2020, I stepped up to take on the responsibilities of my family.
I am currently studying for my BS in Physics, but my ultimate goal has always been to find a job where I can earn enough income to support my family and my educational expenses. Before discovering the world of freelancing, I was working part-time at a courier company in Multan, earning a modest salary of Rs. 13,000 per month.
How and where did Tayyab Ramzan learn Freelancing?
However, my life took a turn for the better when I enrolled in the National Freelance Training Program at my university, where I learned the valuable skill of Graphic Design. As I learned, I saw that people were making a great income through freelancing and I knew that I wanted to do the same. Despite not having my own computer, I practiced and worked on the computers at the courier company where I was employed.
I didn’t know much about freelancing and graphic designing before. What is it and what do we do in it? I only applied for the certificate.
Thankfully, with the help of my earnings, I was able to purchase my own computer and my freelancing career took off.
In the beginning, I did not have my own computer and I used to do work and practice on the computer of the courier company where I worked (I’m sorry for that actually!).
My instructor, Sir Ahmed Jan, was instrumental in my success, guiding me every step of the way.
How did Tayyab Ramzan get his First Job and How did it impact his Freelancing journey?
When I first created my Fiverr account in October 2021, I was filled with a mixture of excitement and uncertainty. I had just finished the course and was eager to put my new skills to the test. But I couldn’t help but wonder if anyone would actually be interested in hiring me.
My doubts were quickly put to rest when I received my first job offer of $25 on Fiverr on the same day I created my account. It was a small project, but it was enough to give me a taste of what it felt like to be a successful freelancer. I was thrilled and motivated to work even harder.
That first job was the spark that ignited my passion for freelancing. It motivated me to improve my skills, create more gigs and find more clients. I quickly realized that the opportunities were endless, and I was determined to make the most of them.
The feeling of accomplishment that came with my first job on Fiverr was truly invaluable. It gave me the confidence to keep pushing forward and never give up on my dreams. And it’s that motivation that has helped me to earn over $10,000+ as a Freelancer so far, with 100+ reviews.
