- Position – It’s all about the Rights that Positional Leaders have.
- Permission – It’s all about the Relationships that a Permission Leader makes.
- Production – It’s all about the Results that a Productive Leader shows.
- People Development – It’s all about the Reproduction that a Productive Leader creates.
- Pinnacle – It’s all about the Respect that a Pinnacle Leader gives.

Position
This is the first level of a leader. It is called a starting point of leadership development. The leader got Rights to put his/her role as Positional Leader in any organization.
At this level, the leader just orders and he/she just used to get things to be done at any cost. It’s not an Influential level and Anyone can be hired as Positional Leader according to the requirement.
People never got influenced by him. People don’t trust him and stay UN-motivated under his/her leadership. They don’t close to each other but just for the sake of the work and may switch their job.

Permission
According to John Maxwell, Permission is the first but real step into Leadership Development. It is an Influential Level of Leadership Stages. When Permission Leader learns its functions and acts then everything got changed enthusiastically.
They not just follow the instruction of their leader but follows him personally because they like their leader. People find their leader as friendly, caring, and listen to him so that’s why they trust him/her. They love to work together and changed their work environment.

Production
The Third Level of leadership is called the Production Level. In this level of leadership, the quality and speed of work separate the results of a Productive Leader and other leaders. Best Leaders are those who choose such kind of work that got results in actual and these results projects a significant impact on the organization.
These leaders are not just productive themselves but they work as a team with their team members on a projected task at a particular time.
Productive Leaders help their teams because they know that they also can be more like them one day. Productive Leadership is always a Result Oriented and no one can fake this level. On the other hand, if a leader can’t produce results at this level then he/she can’t be able to succeed at more levels. As result giving leader will always count as Star Performer in the organization.

People Development
People Development is known as the Fourth Level of leadership. Leaders at this level invest their Time, Energy, Money, and Thinking. The question is “Why do they invest?”. According to the name of this level, they focused on People developing Leadership qualities in them.
They play a vital role in the organization to develop people like Productive Leaders. People Development Leaders use 20% of the time on themselves and 80% of the time developing other people.

The Pinnacle
The Fifth Level of Leadership is called “The Pinnacle”. Lessors are known who reached this level of leadership.
